Check Out Instructions

• Turn all heat to 55 in cold months.

• Load and start the dishwasher.

• No need to make beds or remove sheets.

• Please lock all doors.

Safety Rules

1. No Fireworks.

2. Never leave trash outside (there are many bears in the area).

3. No Smoking (in the house or covered patio).

House Rules

1. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

2. No silly string, confetti, or glitter.

3. Please use cutting board on kitchen counters.

4. Do NOT move large pieces of furniture without permission from the owner. Return all furniture and household contents (don’t forget remotes!) to their original spots prior to checking out.

• EV Charger: 220V NEMA 15-40R plug in case you have a vehicle that needs charging.

• Propane BBQ : There are two propane tanks, but we can’t easily tell if they are full, so if they are empty, please exchange them at a nearby store for around $20, instead of buying a new tank for $60.

• An outdoor fireplace surrounded with chairs; perfect for smores!

Beds & Bath

Each of the 6 bedrooms have sheets, pillows, throws and a comforter. One bedroom has a pullout bed with 2 twin mattresses. We also leave 2 towels per bedroom for the duration of your stay. 

The two bathrooms have hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Please note:

1. That we are on a septic system that is very sensitive, so please do not flush anything other than bodily fluids and supplied toilet paper.

2. We try to provide enough supplies for a two night stay. While we do our best to make sure these supplies are on hand for your stay, there may be times between restocking when some consumable items may not be available. 

Please let us know if there is something that you feel is missing. If we can use it for the next guest, we’ll try and fix it.

(If you plan on going to the beach or pool you will have to get your passes at the office located at 1112 Glade Drive South. Hours are Monday-Saturday, 10:00-4:00. 1 day pass for $15.00/per person. 3 day pass for $20.00 7 day pass for $40.00 Children under 2 are free with adult registration.)
